HEALTHY RECIPIE OF THE WEEK

Here is a nutritious
recipie that you can make at
home that will help you stay
fit for tennis.

TOFU TIRAMISU
18 ounces silken tofu 1cup cold espresso
1 cup tofu creamcheese 20 lady fingerscookies
1/3 cup sugar 1 ounce dark chocolate grated
2 tablespoons dark rum 1 ounce dark chocolate chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice


In a food processor puree tofu untill smooth.Line strainer with papertowels;place over bowl.pour tofu into strainer;referigerate while it drains for two to three hours(should yield about 1/4 cup.pour drained tofu back into processor.add crem cheese,sugar,1 tablespoon rum and lemon juice;blend well.
Combine espresso and remaining tablespoon of rum;pour into large bowl.Quickly dip each ladyfingerinto espresso mixture,coating both sides.Cover the bottom of an 8by8 inch baking dish with a layer of about 10ladyfingers.
Spread half the tofu mixture over cookies;top with half the grated chocolate.Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.Top with chopped chocolate;cover and referigerate for at least two hours.

WORKING OUT FOR TENNIS

If you are planning to play some tennis tournaments this year, for fun or for the advancement of your game your fitness is very important to the physical part of your game. So Here are a few exercises and warm-up tips you can do to strenghthen up your game.(REMEMBER TO NEVER TRY THESE EXERCISES UNLESS THEY ARE RIGHT FOR YOU)

ARMS,SHOULDERS,BACK
Hold dumbells at shoulder height,elbowsbent,palms facing each other.Stand with your feet just wider than hip distance apart,knees slightly bent.Raise your right arm out to the side while rotating your shoulder so your palm faces forward,bringing your right hip into the movement.Lower your arm and repeat on the left side.From starting position,extend your right arm out and across your body,palm facing left shoulder;turn your right hip into the movement.Lower and repeat on the left side.
